We want you and your dog to love everything that arrives at your porch.
Because our treats are food items, we can’t accept physical returns. But if something isn’t right — whether it arrived damaged, wasn’t what you expected, or just didn’t work out — please reach out to us at hello@porchdogco.com within 14 days of delivery.
No hoops. No stress. We’ll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement, a refund, or store credit.
